There’s this ongoing debate between shooting in JPEG or RAW.
I’ve tried shooting in RAW, but I just don’t get it.
Shooting in RAW does allow you access into the image, but to the image to a usable point takes a lot of tweaking. I’m using Sony’s Image App since that allows me to open Sony’s RAW files.
The app feels clunky compared to Adobe Lightroom which I’ve used before, but never with RAW images.
I don’t know, I’ll have to toy with it some more to see what the big deal is and if I’m going to continue using it.
